• What skills YOU need to improve to be better at self-advocacy
(Activity 2.4 and 2.5)
Step 2 will help you find out where you need to speak-up for yourself,
what you are good at when speaking-up for yourself and what you
need to improve to be better at speaking-up for yourself. In this
Step you will be working on learning about yourself and what you
are good at and what you would like to change in your life.

- How you behaved
- What the other person(s) said
- How the other person(s) behaved

- What happened in the end
- How you felt
